Legal Counsel – London – Technology Sector

Role Overview

Are you a legal professional seeking an exciting opportunity in London, Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is looking to hire a Legal Counsel for their EMEA operations.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing legal advice and support, primarily focusing on operations activity across the region. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel, you’ll play a vital role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic business objectives.

Candidate Profile

– Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally with experience in a reputable law firm.
– In-house experience is advantageous but not essential.
– Strong background in commercial transactions, particularly with supply chain and service agreements.
– Demonstrated ability to review and negotiate commercial contracts and related legal documents.
– Experience working across multiple jurisdictions is desirable.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
– Proficiency in IT tools and communication platforms, coupled with strong analytical skills.
– Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
