Large property company with offices across the UK are looking to make a key appointment into their Leeds office.
They are seeking applications from solicitors and/or fee earners to act as a go between the developers and their acquisitive investor clients and to oversee the smooth completion of multiple plot sales. You will be responsible for overseeing the legal sale process of approximately £200m and 300 units per year across the UK, acting as trouble shooter and expediating the sale for the benefit of our client.
You will ensure strict deadlines for the exchange of contracts and completions are met, coordinating effectively with internal teams, clients, and external parties.
This role requires a strategic leader who can manage the exchange workflow, client expectations, and completions of numerous real estate developments simultaneously. Essential is experience of selling multiple plot sales, team management and conveyancing
This job is ideally full time, working in central Leeds. You will be a qualified solicitor or property fee earner.
