Personal Injury Lawyer – London – Defendant Casualty – to £70k

Role Overview
Our client is looking for a personal injury lawyer to Join its in-house legal team. Looking for someone to join its expanding casualty department. The role reports into the Senior Counsel and you will handle a diverse caseload including motor, employers’ liability (EL), public liability (PL), property damage, and product liability claims.

Candidate Profile

Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive in England and Wales.
Some Post Qualification Experience (PQE) is required. You will be expected to handl your own caseload of litigated fast and lower value multi-track work.
Ideally have experience in defendant work.
Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive legal writing skills.
Ability to independently handle and analyse legal issues with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Commitment to professional development and upholding ethical standards.
