Role Overview
Are you a Tax Associate seeking an exciting opportunity to work across Corporate, Real Estate, and Private Client teams? Our client, is a leading law firm, is looking for a knowledgeable professional to join our team. As a Tax Associate, you will primarily focus on providing expert advice on indirect taxes such as SDLT and VAT, playing a pivotal role in corporate and real estate transactions.

Candidate Profile/Experience Needed
We are seeking candidates with:

Excellent working knowledge of SDLT and sound understanding of VAT in real estate transactions.
Strong experience dealing with indirect taxes in a law firm, accountancy practice, or at HMRC.
Ability to review corporate and real estate transactions and provide tax advice effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Proficiency in drafting tax schedules.
