Job Title: Regulatory Solicitor (c. 2-6 PQE)

About Us: Join our client’s firm, a leading law firm representing corporate and professional clients in business crime and regulatory matters.
Job Description: We’re seeking a Regulatory Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE to join our client’s Business Crime & Regulatory team. You’ll advise clients on regulatory compliance, specialising in Criminal, Fitness to Practice, and Regulatory law.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on regulatory matters.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Criminal, Fitness to Practice, and Regulatory law.
- Assist with regulatory filings and disciplinary investigations.
- Experience in preparing cases at all levels of court and tribunals in connection with Criminal and Regulatory matters.
- Collaborate on compliance programs.
- Represent clients in negotiations.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years PQE.
- Strong grasp of UK regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
