PROPERTY DISPUTES SOLICITOR

This progressive top 100 firm are looking for a Property Disputes Solicitor to join their Thames Valley office with flexible working.

Role Overview

In joining this firm as a Property Disputes Solicitor you will specialise in real estate disputes, representing both residential and large commercial clients across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently deliver exceptional legal advice to clients in a commercially astute manner, while providing outstanding client service.
Additionally, you will contribute to the marketing efforts of the department, actively participating in business development activities to enhance the firm and team’s reputation for excellence.

Candidate Profile

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years of PQE.
Previous experience in general property litigation.
Exposure or interest in specialisms such as service charge disputes, TOLATA claims, or property-related professional negligence is highly desirable.
Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload, while also supporting Partners on more complex matters.
Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering excellent client service.
Keen interest in business development and marketing.
Strong delegation and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
