An NQ Solicitor – Employers Liability / Public Liability is required by this top 50 UK law firm to deal with Defendant EL/PL work from its office based in Manchester.

Role Overview

In joining this firm as a personal injury solicitor, you will become part of an established practice recognised as a market leader in defendant insurance work.

On offer is the chance to join the specialist EL/PL team representing leading Insurers and large corporate risk clients.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking an NQ – 2 PQE Solicitor with experience in handling litigated Employers Liability and Public liability claims, who can demonstrate:

Experience of handling their own case load and assisting others with Fast Track and Multi-track litigation, including complex personal injury claims.
Reporting to, liaising with and meeting clients with a high level of professionalism.
Experience of preparing instructions to counsel and experts and attending and advising in conference.
Conducting research and keeping up to date with legal and industry practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adhoc tasks as required
