Market leading law firm with offices across the UK have an opening for a senior employment solicitor in their Leeds office.
The role would involve advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a variety of sectors. You would be working as part of a national team, supporting partner leads on more complex matters whilst being responsible for your own case load.
You would be advising on employee relations matters including internal disciplinary /grievance/capability processes, reviewing policies and procedures and contracts, advising on equalities obligations, conduct of and/or support on Employment Tribunals, advising on TUPE processes including inputting into drafting of commercial agreements, delivering training on a broad range of employment issues and supporting business development.
