Role Overview

As a Senior Associate in the Employment team you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of the team. Your responsibilities include the effective and efficient delivery of work within the Employment team, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the department. Once established, you will take on management responsibilities for a small team, contributing to the expansion of the Bristol Employment team.

Candidate Profile

The firm are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE, within an Employment team. The ideal candidate possesses strong client management skills, a proven track record of winning new business through successful BD activities, and the ability to supervise and line manage a small team. A solid business plan for the growth of the department/sector is crucial, showcasing your strategic vision for success.
