CORPORATE SOLICITOR SENIOR ASSOCIATE

This Top 40 UK firm are looking for a Corporate Senior Associate to join their Manchester office.

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll play a key part in providing comprehensive legal services with a focus on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals. You’ll manage your own workload, advising a diverse range of clients on corporate matters, while also supporting other team members and contributing to business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The firm are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE who is passionate about corporate law and have proven experience in private M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of commercial awareness, exceptional attention to detail, and strong drafting skills. You should be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills. Additionally, you should be adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
