Role Overview
Are you an experienced Construction Solicitor looking to make a significant impact in a highly regarded legal team? This firm are seeking a talented individual with approximately 3-5 years PQE to contribute to the growth and development of their Construction team in Manchester city centre.
In this role, you will handle a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, providing practical solutions and demonstrating a strong commercial mindset in client interactions.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the Construction practice, fostering close working relationships with team partners and expanding our client base.
Candidate Profile
The firm are looking for a Construction Solicitor who can demonstrate:
– Approximately 3-5 years PQE in construction law, with a proven track record in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
– Sound understanding of key areas of construction law, including familiarity with standard forms of Building Contract.
– Ability to provide practical advice understandable to lay clients, coupled with a strong sense of commerciality in client care.
– Respectful and collaborative work ethic, with a willingness to work closely with team partners and colleagues across the firm.
