This leading specialist team in Greater Manchester are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3PQE).

You will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of property-related assignments, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, and property development. This is an exciting opportunity to work with experienced professionals in a team-oriented environment, providing top-tier advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidate Profile

The firm are looking for individuals who possess:

– Strong academic background and training
– Up to 3 years PQE (NQs with at least 6 months commercial property experience during training contract may apply)
– Excellent knowledge of all areas of commercial real estate
– Ability to maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality advice
– Passion for collaborative teamwork and promoting firm services
– Demonstrated capability to obtain referrals from contacts and referrers
