REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR

My client is a top 50 UK law firm looking to recruit a qualified solicitor to join its real estate team based in Manchester.

You will manage your own caseload of Real Estate cases including all types of real estate work and, also provide corporate support assistance, specifically energy and infrastructure work

Role Overview

You will be joining a national Real Estate team that provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property for both the public and private sector.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a real estate Solicitor who can demonstrate:

Manage own caseload of Real Estate cases including for all types of real estate work and also provide corporate support assistance but specifically energy and infrastructure work
Provide support to other members of the team
Draft and prepare various real estate documents
Liaise with internal and external parties, such as colleagues, clients, Land Registry, search agencies etc
Supervise and develop more junior members of staff as may be required
