Role Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate to join a highly regarded Real Estate team based in Leeds. This role sits within one of the fastest-growing healthcare legal practices in the UK, offering exposure to a broad range of property matters across the NHS and independent health and social care sectors.
The successful candidate will work on complex and high-quality instructions, enjoying significant client contact, responsibility and the chance to collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices as part of a genuinely national team. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified solicitor with solid experience in commercial property law, including landlord and tenant matters. While experience within the health or social care sector is advantageous, candidates with transferable sector experience will also be considered.
- As a guide or client will consider solicitors from NQ-6 years pqe with salary dependant on experience.
- You will be comfortable managing a varied caseload and advising on matters such as property due diligence, secured lending transactions, leases, easements and licences, and providing property support on corporate and commercial transactions including M&A and joint ventures.
- Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, alongside excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive mindset, interest in business development and a willingness to take ownership of client relationships will be key to success in this role.
