This Leading firm are looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor/ Legal executive to join their team in Greater Manchester.

Role Overview

As a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner, you’ll step into a pivotal role within this esteemed Clinical Negligence team. Reporting to the Managing Director and Financial Director, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services to clients who have suffered injury and loss due to clinical negligence. Managing your own caseload, you’ll handle complex matters with diligence and expertise, contributing to our team’s reputation for excellence.

Candidate Profile

The firm are seeking a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a proven track record in Clinical Negligence. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

– Grade A Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with 3-4 years of Clinical Negligence experience
– Previous experience with Proclaim case management system is desirable but not essential
– IT literate with a commitment to Continuing Professional Development
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also thriving independently
– Excellent communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and client care
– A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace change
