Property Litigation Associate (3+ PQE)
Role Overview:
A nationally recognised litigation practice is seeking a Property Litigation Associate to advise on residential leasehold disputes, landlord and tenant matters and elements of commercial property litigation. You’ll join a large, highly regarded national department.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- 3+ PQE in property litigation
- Experience or interest in residential leasehold disputes
- Strong drafting and litigation skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Commercial and proactive approach
- Confident communicator
- Interest in BD and building professional networks
