Central London based law firm in specialising in Personal Injury, Insurance Litigation, and Professional and Clinical Negligence claims. Currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Negligence Solicitor.
Candidate Profile
Our client is looking for:
- Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE experience in clinical negligence claims work.
- The ideal candidate will be adept at working within a small team environment and possess the drive to provide top-tier legal and customer service.
- Able to manage own case load of around 35 established clinical negligence cases, including litigated and non-litigated cases of varying degrees of complexity and value
- Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the flexibility to develop business for the firm.
What’s on Offer
- Salary up to £43,000.00 per annum dependant on experience.
- You will pick up an existing caseload with the ability to hit the ground running settling cases and hitting billing targets.
- Central London office with1 day per week working from home.
