Role Overview
A well-established and progressive law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its high-performing team. This role offers exposure to complex private client work including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and Court of Protection matters, with a clear pathway toward senior leadership and Head of Department level.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client
- Strong experience across wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
- In-depth technical knowledge of private client law and tax considerations
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a varied and high-quality caseload
- Strong client-facing skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- Ambition to progress into a senior or leadership position
