Personal Injury Solicitor (2+ PQE)
Role Overview:
A well-established claimant practice based in Cheshire is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to handle a high-quality caseload of PI and credit hire litigation. You will manage a mix of OIC, fast track and multi-track matters, prepare cases for trial, negotiate settlements and run litigated credit hire files. This is a growing, modern firm offering strong development, excellent resources and a supportive team culture.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Qualified Solicitor
- 2+ years’ civil litigation experience
- Experience in personal injury and/or credit hire / motor claims preferred
- Confident handling OIC matters, Part 18 requests, Part 36 offers, disclosure and trial preparation
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing positive outcomes
- Good understanding of court processes, fast track/multi-track work and telephone hearings
- Client-focused, commercially aware and motivated to achieve results
