Personal Injury Solicitor
Role Overview
A leading, award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join its growing Occupier’s Liability (OL) and Public Liability (PL) team. Acting on behalf of claimants, you will manage a high-quality caseload of litigated matters from inception through to conclusion, covering both fast track and multi-track claims.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice known for its strong pipeline of genuine, non-CMC referred work, offering a collaborative and supportive environment alongside clear financial incentives.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ PQE
- Proven experience handling claimant OL/PL matters from cradle to grave
- Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience managing both pre-issue and litigated fast and multi-track cases
- Confident in drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal documents
- Skilled negotiator with strong advocacy experience
- Experience using claims portals (essential)
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
- Experience with Proclaim (desirable)
- Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented, with the ability to support junior colleagues
