PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR

A personal injury solicitor is required by this national law firm to join a team specialising in dealing with defendant casualty work from its London office.

Role Overview

On joining the team you will work alongside an experienced partner assisting on a wide variety of multi-track cases. There is a real mix of work dealing with casualty claims that also include elements of property damage, health and safety / criminal investigations and prosecutions, inquest proceedings, risk management and claims defensibility and coverage issues.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a solicitor with the following experience/characteristics:

Previous experience in litigated casualty claims work. As a guide our client would expect you to have a minimum of three years’ experience in EL/PL related claims work.
Must have multi track experience.
Able to work to deadlines and manage the lifecycle of a claim from start to finish.
Able to work in a close knit team with a partner assisting on high value work.
