Personal Injury Solicitor
A leading claimant law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2–6 years’ personal injury experience to join its growing Serious Injury team in Bristol.
Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, life-changing injury cases, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, serious orthopaedic injuries and fatal accident claims. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of intermediate and multi-track claims while supporting on complex catastrophic injury matters.
Experience Required
- 2–6 years’ experience in personal injury litigation
- Experience handling higher-value claims
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Confident progressing cases through litigation
- Experience valuing quantum and negotiating settlements
- Ability to manage court deadlines and limitation dates
- Proactive and organised approach to case management
