Responsibilities:

As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will handle a varied caseload across different specialisms, including RTA, EL & PL claims. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing a caseload of personal injury claims, from initial consultation to resolution, while providing exceptional client service.
Conducting detailed assessments of potential claims, gathering evidence, and determining their viability.
Collaborating with clients, medical professionals, and relevant third parties to obtain evidence, medical reports, and witness statements.
Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court proceedings, ensuring their best interests are served.
Keeping abreast of relevant legislation, case law, and industry developments to provide accurate and up-to-date legal advice.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualified solicitor, FCILex (or equivalent experience) with experience in personal injury law, specializing in RTA, EL & PL claims.
Proven track record in handling personal injury cases across various specialisms, demonstrating successful outcomes.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and case law pertaining to personal injury claims.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities, with the confidence to represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective client engagement and clear articulation of legal arguments.
Ability to manage a diverse caseload, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Membership in the Law Society or other relevant professional bodies is preferred but not essential.
