This top 50 Law firm with offices Nationwide is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to broaden the firm’s technical legal expertise and commercial acumen, and to enhance their offering to clients for private corporate M&A transactions. The vacancy is based in Manchester City Centre with Hybrid working on offer.

Role Overview

You will join this top 50 law firm which provides a comprehensive range of legal services, with a particular focus on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals.

Candidate Profile

Manage a workload of corporate transactional and company law advisory work for a variety of clients including owner managed businesses, private and public companies, public sector bodies, LLPs, funds, fund managers, investee companies and their management teams, partnerships and individuals
Create and deliver excellent technical communications and advice to colleagues, clients and stakeholders
Attend, manage and represent Clients or the Firm at required meetings
Draft, review and negotiate a variety of transactional and corporate documents.
