    Paralegal

    • Salary:
      £27000 per annum

    • Location:
      Warrington

    Role Overview
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Multi-Track Personal Injury team in Warrington. With over 25 years of success and a strong reputation across both personal and corporate legal services, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on complex, high-value claims.

This is a genuinely involved role supporting a Director and Newly Qualified Solicitor, offering exposure to serious injury matters and the chance to play a key part in progressing cases. It will suit someone looking to develop their litigation skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

    Candidate Profile / Experience needed
The ideal candidate will already have a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within personal injury.  Exposure to multi-track or complex litigation would be advantageous, though not essential.

You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with clients and third parties. A proactive approach is essential, as this role requires someone who can take ownership of tasks, manage deadlines effectively, and contribute to the smooth running of the team.

A law degree, LPC, SQE studies or equivalent legal background is preferred. Experience using Proclaim or a similar case management system would also be beneficial.

    What’s on offer?

    • Salary circa £27,000
    • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
    • Exposure to high-value, complex personal injury work
    • Supportive and collaborative team environment
    • Modern offices in a well-connected Warrington location
    • Benefits including pension, life assurance, cycle-to-work scheme and discounted gym membership
    • Regular social events and wellbeing initiatives
