An experienced respondent employment solicitor is sought by a leading law firm with offices across the country. Candidates are likely to be 5 years pqe or over.
You must have experience of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and be used to large commercial client requirements.
Ideal candidates will have experience of advising on major projects involving TUPE, organisational change, collective consultation as well general advisory work with clients on senior level issues, such as executive terminations or restrictive covenant disputes. If you have experience in heavily regulated sectors this would be an advantage. In return you can expect the support of an expert national team offering a competitive package and blue chip clients.
