A Tier 1 firm seeks a Mid/Senior Corporate Associate to join its exceptional team in Sheffield. The new Corporate Solicitor will have the opportunity to handle and develop international business networks, as well as work on first class M&A and private equity work and benefit from great progression.

– A Corporate Solicitor with experience of working on high calibre corporate transactions
– At least 2 years’ PQE
