Role Overview
A leading specialist law firm is seeking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its national employment team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected practice operating across the health and social care, life sciences, charity and social enterprise sectors, advising on innovative and high-profile projects nationwide.
The role involves a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a strong focus on healthcare sector related work. The position is based out of the firms North Yorkshire office.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- As a guide 1–3 years’ PQE in employment law.
- Experience handling employment tribunal claims and contentious matters independently.
- Strong general employment advisory experience.
- The ability to manage ET litigation files day-to-day.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and marketing.
- Excellent communication, organisation and client handling skills.
