Family Partner
Role Overview
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Family Partner to join its London office.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior family law specialist, ideally with 8 years’ PQE or more, to help shape and grow the firm’s private family offering in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the department’s financial remedy practice, both domestic and international, while ensuring the continued delivery of first-class client service.
Working closely with the Head of Department, you will contribute to the strategic direction and delivery of the business plan, combining strong leadership, business development, and client relationship management skills to drive the practice forward.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8+ years’ PQE in family law.
- Extensive experience advising high-net-worth and international clients on complex financial remedy matters.
- Proven ability to develop, manage, and grow client and referrer relationships at a senior level.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of converting business development initiatives into tangible work.
- Confident leading and mentoring others, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate firm objectives into departmental goals.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
