Position Overview: My client is seeking a talented Family Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of family law matters and provide high-quality legal advice and representation to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in both contentious and non-contentious family law matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively in legal proceedings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and empathetic support.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in family law.
Strong knowledge of UK family law procedures and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
