Kathryn McKinnon

Kat is a Talent Acquisition Consultant who has spent the last 10 years working for J.P. Morgan Sydney and London recruiting talent into their Operations, Technology, Asset Management and Private Banking sectors.

Why did you join IPS?

I previously worked for IPS Group and left the company in 2008 to go travelling and to work in Australia. I have always remained in contact with the team and when I returned back to the UK and heard about the TA role they were recruiting for it seemed like the perfect match! I am extremely excited to be back with my IPS “family” and am looking forward to bringing more talent into the business.

What are your interests outside of work

I’m a busy mum to two young children and we love travelling and going on weekend adventures.
