Role Overview:
A well-established private client legal team is seeking a qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their Manchester office. The role involves advising on estate planning, will drafting, probate applications, trust management, and inheritance tax planning. This position offers a mix of client-facing work and case management within a supportive, professional environment.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
- Minimum 3 years PQE in private client law
- Experience drafting wills and managing estate administration
- Proficient in probate applications and trust management
- Strong knowledge of inheritance tax planning and Power of Attorney
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
