Serious Personal Injury Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Multi-Track EL/PL/RTA
Role Overview
An award-winning, client-focused personal injury firm with an excellent reputation (4.9/5 client rating) is seeking an experienced Serious Injury / Multi-Track Solicitor to join its growing team. You’ll handle a diverse caseload of litigated employer’s liability, public liability, and RTA claims, managing files from instruction to settlement or trial. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to handle quality work within a supportive, hybrid-working environment.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in claimant personal injury litigation.
- Proven track record managing multi-track EL/PL/RTA claims from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of liability, causation, and quantum assessment.
- Confident in drafting pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss.
- Skilled negotiator with experience liaising with counsel and medical experts.
- Commercially astute with the ability to meet billing targets while maintaining exceptional client care.
- Competent user of Proclaim or similar case management systems.
