RTA Fee Earner (3+ Years Experience)
Role Overview
We’re working with a specialist legal firm experienced in personal injury and road traffic accident claims. They’re looking to add a skilled RTA Fee Earner to their North West team. The role involves managing a varied caseload in a supportive environment, with the option to work from home up to two days a week. Salary depends on experience, with more experienced candidates earning up to £40,000.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- ESSENTIAL: 3+ years’ experience handling RTA claims or equivalent
- Solid understanding of RTA legislation, court procedures, and claim management
- Confident negotiator with excellent client communication skills
- Ability to prioritise a busy caseload and work independently
- Experienced using case management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to case progression
- Reliable team player with a professional attitude
