Paralegal – Clinical Negligence
Role Overview: A highly respected, well-established law firm in Bath is looking to appoint a motivated and ambitious Clinical Negligence Paralegal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a top-tier department recognised for its excellence in claimant clinical negligence work. The role involves supporting qualified solicitors with case preparation, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and liaising with clients. You will also have the opportunity to manage low-value or pre-funded cases under supervision.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Paralegal experience within clinical negligence or personal injury
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent written communication and document drafting skills
- Confident in conducting legal research and preparing case documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Demonstrates initiative and reliability in a team setting
- Genuine interest in clinical negligence and client care
What’s On Offer:
- Salary: £27,000–£28,000, depending on experience
