NQ Solicitor / Duty Solicitor – Crime Department
Role Overview:
A well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation for criminal defence is seeking a newly qualified or duty solicitor to join their busy crime department based in Chester. The role involves full criminal defence casework, from police station advice to court representation, operating across multiple North West locations.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or Duty Solicitor with experience or interest in criminal defence
- Proficient computer and keyboard skills
- Excellent organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Full driving licence and access to a car (car parking provided)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Commitment to high professional standards and client care
