Role Overview:
A leading insurance services provider is seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler – Delegated Authority to join their Warrington-based team. This full-time, office-based role involves managing end-to-end motor insurance claims under delegated authority, ensuring alignment with insurer SLAs and industry best practice.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling motor insurance claims
- Strong understanding of delegated authority processes and insurer SLAs
- Confident in liability assessment, indemnity, and claims validation
- Experience with third-party motor claims
- Knowledge of systems such as MIAFTR and CUE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cert CII qualification is desirable but not essential
