Litigation Solicitor – Group Claims & Data Breach (NQ–5 PQE)
Role Overview:
An established and nationally recognised law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) to join its specialist Group Litigation department. The role involves managing a mixed caseload of group claims and individual data breach files, with a strong focus on high-value litigation in the High Court. This is a Manchester-based position with hybrid working options and offers a competitive salary with a bonus structure.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE)
- Experience in group litigation or collective actions
- Strong litigation background, ideally with High Court exposure
- Solid understanding of CPR and pre-action protocols
- Skilled in drafting legal documents and advising clients
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
