Litigation Executive – Motor & Subrogated Claims
Role Overview:
A well-regarded regional law firm, recognised for its specialist claimant litigation work, is seeking an experienced Litigation Executive to join its motor team in Warrington. The role involves managing a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated RTA claims involving subrogation and credit hire, primarily on behalf of high-net-worth insurer clients. You will oversee files from inception through to settlement, ensuring high standards of client care and technical quality.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Minimum 3 years’ motor litigation experience from a claimant background
- Experience handling subrogated motor claims and uninsured loss recovery
- Solid understanding of CPR, litigation procedures and pre-action protocols
- Working knowledge of credit hire claims
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in case management systems, ideally Proclaim
- Ability to manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment
