Leading commercial law firm have a vacancy in their insolvency team. The work will have a bias towards non contentious work and will encompass all aspects of bank/IP led corporate non contentious restructuring and formal insolvency matters. Some evidence of contentious experience will be of interest. There may be some marketing, business development and supervisory responsibilities. Rare opening at the moment.
