Role Overview:
A leading law firm with a growing reputation in fraud litigation is seeking a Fraud Associate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their Manchester office. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of complex motor fraud claims, working on behalf of major insurers and self-insured clients. The role offers hands-on litigation work, court attendance, and client engagement within a collaborative, fast-paced team.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in fraud litigation
- Strong experience handling motor fraud claims
- Proven ability to manage a litigated caseload independently
- Comfortable conducting investigations and taking witness statements
- Skilled in reviewing medical reports and interpreting evidence
- Confident in court advocacy and adhering to court timetables
- Strong understanding of client SLAs and commercial awareness
