COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR

An award-winning international commercial law firm requires a solicitor or associate to join their Commercial Litigation team based out of their Liverpool City Centre offices.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be a member of the award winning Commercial Litigation team, The team act for corporate clients in relation to complex litigation both in the UK and internationally, helping them tackle disputes effectively. The successful candidate will assist with a varied caseload within the Commercial Litigation team from inception to conclusion.

Candidate Profile

The firm is is seeking a Commercial Litigation solicitor or associate who can demonstrate the following skill set:

A real interest in and enthusiasm for Commercial Litigation
Experience of and an interest in both general Commercial Litigation Disputes
Able to work as a team player assisting across the team as well as being able to work independently
Experience in one or more of the following areas: contract disputes warranty claims shareholder disputes professional negligence claims fraud. IP and tech disputes
Record of contributing to team business development and developing internal and external relationships to generate opportunities.
