An experienced Senior Catastrophic Injury Solicitor is required to join our client’s law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in handling complex cases, particularly those involving high-value brain injuries. You will ideally be a Grade A Solicitor/CILEx. The successful candidate will play a key role in the firm, contributing to our client’s commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities:

Manage a small caseload of catastrophic injury claims, with a focus on high-value brain injury cases.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their interests are represented to the highest standard.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support cases.
Collaborate with other members of the legal team and external experts to build strong cases.
Keep abreast of developments in personal injury law and related areas.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in catastrophic injury law.
Proven track record in handling high-value brain injury cases.
Excellent litigation and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with relevant legislation and case law.
