Role Overview
An award-winning, niche commercial law firm based in Manchester city centre is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing property team. This full-time role offers early responsibility, direct client contact, and exposure to a broad range of non-contentious residential and commercial property matters. The firm is well regarded for its personal, results-driven approach and strong presence in the commercial property market.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- 0–2 PQE (or LPC/BPTC graduate with strong conveyancing knowledge)
- Solid understanding of residential conveyancing and property law
- Experience or familiarity with managing a full conveyancing caseload
- Ability to draft standard property and transaction documents
- Strong case management and diary management skills
- Commercial awareness and client-focused approach
- Confident using case management systems and time recording tools
