RTA/EL/PL Litigation Fee Earner
Role Overview
A well-established, claimant-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Fee Earner to join its litigation team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves managing a caseload of pre- and post-litigated RTA, EL, and PL matters from instruction through to conclusion. The firm is recognised for its strong litigation expertise, client-first approach, and flexible hybrid working model.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Fee Earner
- Experience managing own caseload of RTA, EL, and PL claims
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures
- Confident assessing liability, damages, and evidence
- Experience issuing proceedings and negotiating settlements
- Ability to progress cases from inception to conclusion
- Experience using case management systems
