Corporate Solicitor, Leeds
Top national practice with offices throughout the North are now seeking to recruit an additional corporate solicitor into their Leeds office. This exceptional company/commercial department deals with an enviable range of high quality work and is consistently in demand. An additional solicitor is required to manage a broad caseload of corporate work to include M&A, joint venture agreements, private equity and regulatory matters on behalf of both private and public sector clients. This opportunity would suit a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience gained within a leading regional or city law firm.
