Housing Disrepair Litigation Executive (3+ PQE)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Litigation Executive to join a growing Housing Law team in Manchester. The role involves managing an active caseload of Housing Conditions claims, liaising with clients, experts, and courts, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and legislation. This is a permanent, full-time position offering hybrid working flexibility.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- PQE: 3+ years relevant litigation experience
- Proven experience handling Housing Disrepair claims
- Knowledge of Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims
- Understanding of Landlord and Tenant Act 1985
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Experience with case management systems and time costing
