Housing Disrepair Solicitor (3+ PQE)
Role Overview:
An established legal firm is seeking a skilled Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their dedicated HDR team. This role involves managing cases through all stages of pre-litigation and litigation, providing expert legal advice, drafting complex documents, and representing clients in negotiations and proceedings. The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours and is based at the firm’s Salford office.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years PQE in Housing Disrepair law
- Experience managing Housing Disrepair cases from pre-litigation to litigation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in drafting complex legal documents and agreements
- Familiarity with Housing Disrepair Pre-Action Protocol
- Competent with case management software (Proclaim preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently
What’s On Offer:
- Salary between £40,000 and £60,000, depending on experience
- Flexible working hours (part-time or full-time)
