Defendant PI Litigator
Role Overview:
An established and forward-thinking commercial law firm is seeking a Defendant PI Litigator to join its specialist litigation team in Bradford. The role involves managing a varied caseload of fast-track Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, primarily for clients in the retail sector. You will handle claims from litigation through to trial and occasionally pre-litigated matters, all within a supportive team environment and a structured case management system.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
- Up to 3 years’ PQE in defendant personal injury litigation
- Experience handling fast-track EL/PL claims (retail sector exposure preferred)
- Strong organisational and deadline-management skills
- Confident in assessing liability and quantum
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
