Defendant PI Litigator – Fast Track
Role Overview A respected commercial law firm, known for its strong presence in the defendant personal injury sector, is seeking a Fast Track Litigator to join its Bradford office. In this full-time role, you’ll handle a caseload of fast-track EL/PL claims—primarily in the retail sector—from litigation through to trial. You’ll work within a supportive, collaborative team that values quality service and legal excellence.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Up to 3 years’ experience in defendant litigation (essential)
- Experience handling fast-track EL/PL claims (preferable)
- Understanding of litigation in the retail sector (preferable)
- Strong case management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
