A top 500 law firm is recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join on of their North West offices.
Role Overview
You will join a well-established housing disrepair team providing legal advice to clients in respect of housing condition claims and housing management.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a housing disrepair solicitor with the following characteristics:
- Successful candidates must have a strong understanding of Property/Social housing law.
- Must be able to keep up with legislative changes.
- Act on behalf of landlords during pre-action housing condition claims.
- Contribute to business development strategies.
- Must be organised and work to deadline.
- Experience representing clients in the County Court hearings, from application to trail.
