This team advise on a wide range of areas including service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants and grievance complaints. Candidates who are 1 -3 years pqe may be preferred. Clients will be large local and national companies.
